We are pleased to announce that KONTEKST has acquired the BTInfo translation agency, thus expanding our client portfolio, translator base and technological assets. The final version of the agreement between the two companies was mutually signed in October, and the last financial formalities were completed in December 2021.
The purchase was made in line with our growth strategy of acquiring translation businesses with revenues of EUR 1-2 million.
We would like to thank the former owner of BTinfo for his efficient cooperation and for entrusting us with the results of his many years of work in the industry.
