Information on the processing of personal data of customers of KONTEKST A. Wolski sp. k.

The data will be processed for the purpose of performing a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the controller in connection with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR and in the legitimate interest, i.e. for the purposes of marketing and analysis of sales and service quality, as well as for the purposes of exercising possible legal claims pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

The data will be retained throughout the term of the contract and thereafter, until the expiry of the limitation period for possible legal claims or as required by the relevant legislation. The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract.

The data may be transferred to external entities providing support to the controller, e.g. providers of IT, legal, accounting services.

Each person has the right of access to and rectification or erasure of personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The right to object to the processing of data is available if data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest of the controller.

Information on the processing of data of persons consenting to receive commercial communications by electronic means

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending commercial communications by electronic means (legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Personal data will be retained until the person withdraws their consent to receive commercial communications or effectively objects to the processing of personal data.

Provision of data is voluntary but necessary in order to receive commercial communications.

The controller may entrust the processing of personal data to providers, e.g. a third party marketing agency and other entities providing support to the controller.

Each person has the right of access to and rectification or erasure of personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The controller obtains personal data directly from you. It also obtains data from:

  • in the case of sole traders – from public open registers (Central Registration and Information on Business, CEIDG);
  • in the case of individuals representing business partners – from your principal, who is the Controller’s business partner, and from open public registers (National Court Register, CEIDG);
  • in the case of persons responsible for contract performance – directly from your employer, who is the Controller’s business partner.

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

Personal data will be processed for the period required by law (resulting, among other things, from the Accounting Act) and the limitation period for possible claims (throughout the period resulting from the Civil Code).
Natural persons representing business partners and proxies
  1. Necessity to verify the signatory on behalf of the business partner – legitimate interest (legal basis – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
  2. Defence and exercise of any legal claims arising from the performance of the contract on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller (legal basis – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
